Join Mel Gustray in ceremony with guided meditation, pranayama / guided breath, a mellow yin inspired sequence, and sound bath savasana. During savasana, Shay Costello will provide acupuncture for stress relief and central nervous system regulation. No experience required. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, Bolsters, blankets + blocks will be available but if you'd prefer your own you are more than welcome to bring. Participants can expect to leave feeling rested having had many opportunities to release tension and the heavy sighs.
