Join Megan for a deep dive into the body’s main energy centers through the practice of Yin Yoga. This practice will encourage deep release, self-inquiry, and energetic alignment. Yin is a perfect complement to an active Vinyasa practice.
-What is Yin Yoga?-
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where most postures are held for a minimum of three minutes, allowing for deep relaxation of the muscles and a targeted release into the fascia, joints, and connective tissues. Yin invites you to soften, surrender, and cultivate stillness.
-What to Expect in this Class-
Chakra Exploration – Each class will be focused on a specific chakra, beginning with the root. You’ll gain knowledge, connect, release, and reflect.
Physical Benefits – Increases joint mobility, flexibility, and circulation while releasing deep-seated tension.
Mental & Emotional Benefits – Cultivates inner stillness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
Energetic & Spiritual Benefits – Encourages flow of prana (life force), chakra balance, and deeper self-connection.
Atmosphere: The room will be warm, accompanied by music, and limited to a maximum of 12 students to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.
Props – Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be utilized
