    Join Rachel, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher, as she guides you through an afternoon of intuitive movement, breath work, and an introduction to intuitive eating.


    Intuitive Eating is a framework that emphasizes eating for the sake of health, well-being and satisfaction rather than as a means of "weight control". By learning to eat and move intuitively, we can foster a healthier relationship with food to reach a state of liberation and peace with our bodies and minds.


    At the worksop’s introduction, participants will receive an Intuitive Eating workbook where Rachel will discuss:


    -Yo-yo dieting, binging/restricting, limiting entire food groups prematurely, and other extreme approaches that are rooted in body dissatisfaction and shame.

    -Putting too much emphasis on our bodies and what they look like, and how the stress and pressure around “healthy eating” and body image is sometimes what may cause the most inflammation and do the most harm.

    -Define intuitive eating and emphasize the synergy between yoga, mindfulness, embodiment and intuitive eating.


    After the introduction portion of the workshop, she will lead you through a 60 minute slow-flow vinyasa practice focusing on body positivity and self-love.
